#011. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, testing an idea, or accessing any Idea proofX API or web interface, you agree to be bound by these Platform Terms of Service and our Data Privacy Charter.
#022. Subscriptions, Credits & Refund Guarantee
Subscribers receive designated hunt credits monthly (Free: 1, Pro: 18, Studio: 35). Single-hunt credits never expire. If you purchase a plan and find our analysis does not provide critical startup clarity within 14 days, contact support for a 100% money-back refund.
#033. Intellectual Property Rights
Idea proofX does not claim any ownership rights over your submitted concepts, pitches, business plans, or the analytical output dossiers generated for your account. You maintain 100% exclusive copyright and trade secret ownership.
#044. Fair Usage & Automated Scraping Rules
Users may not deploy automated bots to exhaust AI reasoning capacity or attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary 8-dimension scoring weights and competitor database scraping algorithms. Violators face immediate API revocation.
#055. Limitation of Liability
Idea proofX provides computational stress-testing, market intelligence, and predictive survival modeling. We do not provide licensed legal, tax, or SEC investment advisory services. Startup success is fundamentally dependent on execution.
