At Idea proofX, we treat early-stage startup hypotheses as confidential military-grade intellectual property. Here is our binding operational pledge to every founder who uses our platform.
1. Zero Model Training on Founder IP
We operate under strict enterprise agreements with upstream AI infrastructure providers. Your pitches, unit economics, proprietary problem statements, and target market analyses are NEVER used to train, fine-tune, or reinforce public AI models.
2. Cryptographic Encryption Standard
All stored ideas, experiment evidence, and financial metrics are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest via AES-256 encryption across enterprise cloud clusters.
3. 100% Founder Intellectual Property Ownership
You retain sole, unconditional ownership of all startup concepts, pitches, business models, and AI-generated validation dossiers. Idea proofX claims zero equity, royalties, or intellectual property rights over any venture created or stress-tested on our platform.
4. Absolute Right to Permanent Deletion
You can delete or archive your venture concepts and teardown history at any time. When you trigger permanent account deletion in Settings, all records, evidence attachments, and associated telemetry logs are permanently wiped within 72 hours.
Information We Collect & Process
We collect the minimum information required to operate our service: your account email and display name (via secure identity authentication), billing tokens (managed securely via Lemon Squeezy with zero raw credit card retention on our servers), and the startup concept submissions you submit for stress-testing.
Third-Party Subprocessors
- AI Diagnostic Engine: Used exclusively for reasoning and analytical evaluation via zero-retention enterprise endpoints.
- Cloud Infrastructure Core: Used for secure user authentication, token verification, and encrypted database persistence.
- Lemon Squeezy: Used as Merchant of Record for subscription management, sales tax compliance, and automated billing.
